1.1 Platform Use

By using the h129 website, mobile applications and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and accept them without objection. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and h129.

1.2 Age Requirement

You must be 21+ to use h129's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. By logging into any account, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese. If any dispute arises over the interpretation of language, h129's ruling and decision shall be considered final.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may only open one account. Accounts sharing the same household address, IP address, phone number, or payment method will be treated as duplicates. h129 reserves the right to close such accounts and handle any remaining balance at its discretion.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. h129 may close accounts registered with false information without prior notice.

2.3 KYC Verification

4.2 Wagering Requirement

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus terms and conditions:

5.1 Game Validity

For a game round to be valid, the platform must be properly connected and the server must have confirmed the game result. If a game is incomplete due to network disconnection, software errors, or server interruption, that round may be declared void and the staked amount refunded.

5.2 RNG (Random Number Generator) and Fairness

5.3 Football Pre-match Betting

6.2 Collusion

Using the platform for money laundering, or intentionally depositing large amounts and withdrawing without playing, is treated as a criminal offence and may be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

6.4 Cyber Attacks

Attacking, attempting to breach, or trying to modify the code of h129's servers, network, or platform is considered a criminal offence and will be pursued through legal action.
